SKILL SHOT
VVITU ACM Student Chapter conducted an energetic and quick-thinking challenge titled Skill Shot during SPARDHA 2K25. The event merged subject knowledge with reflexes, as participants had to sort technical terms into their correct categories within seconds. It drew enthusiastic participation and became one of the most fast-paced and knowledge oriented events of the fest.

In Skill Shot, participants were given random technical terms — such as Python, Firewall, SQL, Router, TensorFlow — and asked to classify them into the correct category, like Software, Hardware, Networking, AI, or DBMS. Each participant had 10 seconds per term to toss or place it in the right section. One point was awarded for every correct classification, while mistakes resulted in no score. The event tested technical clarity, instant recall, and focus under time pressure. It encouraged students to rely on conceptual understanding rather than memorization. The rapid tempo and real-time feedback made it a crowd-pleaser, with participants cheering as they scored points with each correct toss.
Conclusion:
Skill Shot emerged as a perfect blend of knowledge, quick thinking, and fun. It helped participants refresh their technical basics while enjoying the spirit of healthy competition. The event concluded with laughter, applause, and appreciation from both participants and faculty mentors.
