VVIT ACM Student Chapter hosted exhilarating Non-Technical event, Treasure Troopers on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024 from 12:30 PM. The event was part of the annual tech fest SPARDHA 2K24 and was attended by students from various institutions.

Treasure Troopers challenged students through a campus-wide treasure hunt that emphasized teamwork, strategy, and problem-solving. The event began with a round of aptitude tests, serving as the initial filtering process to assess intelligence and teamwork. The top teams of 2- 3 advanced to the treasure hunt, and they were briefed on the rules and shown a video teaser of key campus locations they would explore to solve riddles and uncover hidden clues.

In the first round of Treasure Troopers, teams solved riddles to find campus locations, with only 27 out of 81 teams advancing. The competition grew tougher with maze-like navigation and picture-based clues in the second and third rounds respectively. A tricky challenge involving 7 strips of paper tested teams' observational and strategic skills in fourth round, reducing the competitors to 4. These finalists moved on the final round, where they faced situational questions that required creative problem-solving and quick decision-making.

Treasure Troopers was a standout event at SPARDHA 2K24, it blended fun with learning, fostering creative problem-solving and teamwork. The event celebrated creativity and strategy, leaving participants with lasting memories and valuable lessons.
